Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view the delivery status on the carrier's website. Note that tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to be available. For urgent requests like order cancellations or address changes, please contact us via the Contact Us form or email Info@cremeduloch.co.uk.
Payments may be processed by our secure payment partner, Paypal. Or via STRIPE. We therefore accept the use of major card issuers as a form of payment.
You DO NOT require a Paypal account to use this service and customers can simple click "checkout as guest" when prompted on the payment processing page.
Certain PayPal customers are eligible to use Paypal's "Pay In Three" system to benefit from making purchases in three equal and interest free payments. We as a retailer are not made aware of customers who have made payment via this system and any issues and the repayments are solely between Paypal and the customer.
Credit/Debit cards processed via STRIPE which does not require any additional accounts to use.
To purchase a gift card, visit our gift card page, select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set the delivery date, and complete the payment. The recipient will receive an email with their unique gift card code. To redeem the gift card, the recipient can visit our site, choose their desired products, and enter the gift card code during checkout.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to assist you. If your order is not accepted or is cancelled by our system, you will receive an email explaining the reason, and your payment method will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product according to our Store Policy Terms and Conditions for Online Product Sales. Purchases made through partnered retail locations must be returned according to the retailer's policy. Products bought on our website should be returned following our online return procedure.
